Wish I would have found this place when we first moved here!!! Now we are moving out of country and I just found it! I haven't had a great groomer here in NZ until I found Paws on Point! In fact, one of the best grooms worldwide that my girl has ever had!! I've lived in several countries so that is saying something! Can't recommend enough. So much care and detail. Incredible!
- KATE
" I took our girl to see Nicci and boy did she impress, I’m not one to usually review but after having multiple people come up to us at the pub and ask where she was groomed how could I not! She absolutely nailed Heidi’s haircut. I love how chill Nicci makes the experience. 10/10 from me. "
- ZOE
" Wonderful experience! Daisy is an anxious dog but she is slowly getting more comfortable and she's happy each time when I pick her up. Daisy is accommodated to her needs each time. I'm grateful I found such a excellent groomer when I moved from AUS to NZ! "

No two dogs are the same, and we treat them that way. We pay close attention to body language cues, whether it’s slowing down for a nervous pup, adjusting our approach for a sensitive area, or taking extra care during drying, every session is tailored to ensure a calm grooming experience.
Your dog’s well-being is our top priority. Our salon and equipment are regularly sanitized and maintained. Every dog is carefully lifted, never allowed to jump on or off surfaces, and safely tethered throughout their visit, keeping every dog happy, healthy, and safe.
No production-line grooming. Your dog gets our full, undivided attention in a calm, quiet environment with expert care from start to finish. We believe in quality over quantity, which means no rushing and no cramming dogs in. Every appointment is given the time, focus, and care it deserves.
Dryers can be loud, and stress-free grooming starts with comfort. Every dog wears ear protection, keeping things as calm and quiet as possible.
We don’t muzzle dogs to get the job done. Muzzles block a dog's natural way to communicate and only causes more stress. Instead, we use patience, gentle handling, and respect for their boundaries. If extra safety’s needed, we use soft cones, this gives space, keeps everyone safe, and lets your dog breathe and move freely.
Cheap tools and products don’t cut it. If it touches your dog, it’s the best. this incldes equipment, shampoo, and treats!
